Good news:
I AM working on material related to the QBL-CMNDR application. and I’m working damn hard at it, if I do say so myself. I’m currently evaluating a promising new cipher for inclusion in the application.
Bad news:
I’m working through a complete analysis, history and criticism of several of the ciphers for inclusion in the documentation of the application. Frankly, So many of the books out there on the topic of English language/ Roman character set gematria, and the English Qabalah in particular suffer from a lack of clarity in their arguments. In some cases, I’ll even be so judgmental as to say the argumentation of the case for the cipher consists primarily of a lot of blind assertion and special pleading from within a narrow set of specially crafted axioms.
The following is a response to an entry on ShepJoe’s LJ.
…displaced from the Nothing into the Something. It’s as irrevocable as thermodynamics: more, it’s the means by which Universe postpones total entropy. Existence is a loss of perfection; the re-attainment of that perfection is the concert and chorus of being.
We are HERE TO GO!
It was asked WTF I was on about. This explains it. sort of.

From the Qabalistic Concepts book, I give you the basis of the first exercise.
… the first thing is to find out what mental blockages you may have concerning the idea of nothing or omnil and negate them, or put them back into the nothing they came came from. Get a piece of paper and write down everything the term nothing evokes in you. It is important that you write down exactly what you think as it appears to you. There is no use trying to conceal your feelings from yourself […] Do not list other people’s concepts […] Record New thoughts by all means, if they come to you, as long as you have discovered them for yourself.
See my list below the cut, as well as a few meta-notes on the exercise.
I have become intrigued by a series of exercises in William Gray’s “Qabalistic Concepts: Living the Tree”. So, I’m going to be posting the results and reflections on the first series of exercises off and on over the next week or two. I’ll explain a bit more below the cut.
